Justice Minister Jim O’Callaghan has said that the death of a Congolese man on Dublin’s Henry Street last week is a “very distressing and concerning event”. Yves Sakila, aged in his 30s, died following an incident on Henry Street on Friday. Video footage has been shared online appearing to show five men holding Mr Sakila prone on the ground before his death after an alleged shoplifting incident.
