These two months have been fun but hard asf at the same time. Even with motivation I still struggle to be disciplined in my diet and workouts but I’m taking it one day at a time. Staying below 2k calories a day, getting at least 10k steps in a day, hitting the gym Monday- Friday sometimes sat or Sunday. 200-220g of protein daily with veggies and fruit and drinking plenty of water. Trying my best to stay away from alcohol and fast food, I’m not depriving myself but I have cut back a lot. No sugar
