Look not all lifts Will see this big of a jump, for example bench press was a bit of a tough lift throughout the training program, but the majority if not all have seen improvement even the bench. combination of consistency hard work, a solid training program and coaching will get you the results you’re after. Oh how times have changed🤯 ➡️First. I’ve almost fully ditched conventional deadlifts. The trap bar gives me better output, cleaner mechanics, and less injury risk‼️ ➡️Second. Form over everything. When I first started lifting, I chased weight. Now I chase quality. Proper form > improper ego lifting‼️ ➡️Third. Sometimes you don’t see your own growth until you slow down.
